Caeli Carr-Potter is a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin Madison, holding a Masters of Fine Arts degree in Painting. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Printmaking in 2015, and is originally from Providence, RI. She works with painting, collage, etching, screen printing and more recently with fabric, paper mache and ceramics.Her work explores personal and comic narrative, using strong colors, patterns and text to create an unusual space for the viewer. Her use of narrative lends itself well to zines and other easily-distributable media, which add to her body of work.
